Nous Travel was founded organically. After decades of collaboration, our team developed a simple driving philosophy: bring the best people together and give them the room to be themselves. There is no agency like Nous because we built it to be the agency we always wanted. We thrive on sharing our experience to deliver the “business infrastructure” required by serious-minded advisors and corporate partners who value community, culture, service, savings, and global reach.

Barry Noskeau has decades of travel experience in some of the industry’s most respected companies. Accomplished as a corporate and leisure agent, Barry has also been a partner and successful owner of travel businesses, and is expert in strategic management, organization structure, and helping ICs achieve success through resource allocation and growing at scale.

Lee Thomas has decades of travel industry executive focusing on supporting the Independent Agents who make travel happen. Lee's background covers finance, operations, and technology. This experience focuses on delivering gains by leveraging tech with operational proficiency. Lee's philosophy has always been to take care of the people who take care of travelers. Do this well, and everyone does well.

Lisa brings a wealth of experience to NousTravel. With many years spent on the supplier side of the travel industry, she has successfully transitioned her expertise to travel management. As a co-owner of NousTravel, Lisa is excited to welcome new independent agents and agencies, working closely with them to grow their business. Her experience includes contract negotiations and building supplier relationships, always focusing on delivering positive value to suppliers and increasing earning potential for the front-line.

From an early age, David developed a unique perspective and a passion for the travel industry. After obtaining his MBA, he took over the operations of his mother’s agency, bringing his own vision and expertise to the table. He later expanded his efforts to support other independent contractors in the travel sector. With a keen understanding of the industry’s technological needs and a dedication to exceptional service, David has become a respected figure in the travel community.

Sherman Snyder has decades of finance experience working with global corporations as well as small organizations experiencing rapid growth. Throughout his extensive career in travel, Sherman has held roles in both finance and technology, expert in finding the right mix of both so that internal and external clients can succeed.

With a demonstrated history of driving substantial growth through marketing, Amy is dedicated to helping you build the business you envision. Over the course of her career, she has cultivated strong, positive relationships with industry leading cruise and tour suppliers. Leveraging these relationships, Amy has curated a diverse portfolio of top-tier cruise and tour options tailored specifically for our Independent Advisors.

Louise Whitney

Louise Whitney is indeed a notable figure in the travel industry. With 38 years of experience, she has made significant contributions by working closely with hoteliers and supporting travel advisors. Her skills in negotiating agreements and establishing strategic partnerships have been invaluable in enhancing the offerings to independent contractors (ICs) and their clients. Her honesty, humor and dedication to her career also makes her invaluable to companies she partners with.

Casey Dalton

Casey Dalton is a Human Resources Professional with 15 years experience. Her secret sauce is fostering organizational success through effective people management. Dalton holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, reflecting a deep understanding of the intricate dynamics that shape workplace performance and holds an Executive Juris Doctorate (EJD) in Business Law.

Joanie Fortune

Joanie has been fortunate enough to work her entire career in the travel field. Starting off working in NYC as a travel agent onsite at some of the biggest Fortune 500 companies to eventually running Operations for large Corporate TMCs. She brings strategic thinking, process improvements and overall industry knowledge to ensure ICs have the full support they need to run their day-to-day Operations.

Maria Baty

Maria Baty is Co-Founder and CEO of NousTravel UK & Europe, leading the company’s expansion across the region and supporting a network of experienced independent travel professionals in entertainment, media and corporate travel.
With decades of experience in corporate and entertainment travel, she is widely recognised for building and growing successful travel management businesses. Maria is known for her hands-on leadership style and strong focus on customer success.
She previously served for seven years on the board of the Business Travel Association (BTA).
